What's the minimum wholesale order?+

50 cases. Pallet quantity depends on the selected packaging and is confirmed with your quote. Mixed SKUs across our 9 retail SKUs allowed at every tier.

How fast can you fulfill a wholesale PO?+

Contact us to confirm stock, dispatch location, and delivery estimates before placing an order. No fixed dispatch deadline is guaranteed.

Do you offer Net-30 or Net-60 terms?+

Net-30 is available after a successful first prepaid order and basic credit verification (D&B or trade references). Net-60 is available for Tier 3 (FCL wholesale) accounts.

Can I see per-case or per-pound pricing on the website?+

Tier-level discount percentages (−30% / −40%) are public on this page. Exact per-case and per-pound figures are shared after a 15-minute qualification call so we can match the quote to your business type, terms, and shipping option. Email or use the form above to start.

Do you ship outside the US?+

Yes, to Canada (DDP available). For wholesale to Europe, Mexico, or Asia we route differently. Open a conversation through the form and we'll route appropriately.

What documentation do you provide with each shipment?+

Per-batch Certificate of Analysis (COA), our current third-party inspection report, MSDS, HTS classification on the commercial invoice, and packing list.

Can I private-label or co-brand the product?+

That's a separate program. See /private-label for the OEM path. Wholesale ships our RootPurr-branded retail bags as-is.
