What's the minimum wholesale order?+
50 cases (about half a standard pallet of 12 lb bags). Mixed SKUs across our 9 retail SKUs allowed at every tier.
How fast can you fulfill a wholesale PO?+
From our Pennsylvania 3PL: 5 business days for in-stock SKUs. For larger orders that exceed our standing inventory (typically Tier 3 / FCL volume), lead time is 30 days from PO confirmation as we manufacture-to-order from Hebei.
Do you offer Net-30 or Net-60 terms?+
Net-30 is available after a successful first prepaid order and basic credit verification (D&B or trade references). Net-60 is available for Tier 3 (FCL wholesale) accounts.
Can I see per-case or per-pound pricing on the website?+
Tier-level discount percentages (−30% / −40%) are public on this page. Exact per-case and per-pound figures are shared after a 15-minute qualification call so we can match the quote to your business type, terms, and shipping option. Email or use the form above to start.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Yes, to Canada (DDP available). For wholesale to Europe, Mexico, or Asia we route differently. Open a conversation through the form and we'll route appropriately.
What documentation do you provide with each shipment?+
Per-batch Certificate of Analysis (COA), our current third-party inspection report, MSDS, HTS classification on the commercial invoice, and packing list.
Can I private-label or co-brand the product?+
That's a separate program. See /private-label for the OEM path. Wholesale ships our RootPurr-branded retail bags as-is.
