How are RootPurr and TopHunter related?
RootPurr is our pet essentials store and the name of our original product brand. TopHunter is another brand we own. Each product has its own brand and documentation. TopHunter is currently a product preview.
Can I order now?
Retail checkout is not open yet. Catalog prices are informational. Shipping, payment, and return terms will be published before orders open.
How can I ask about the launch?

Which RootPurr product is available?
RootPurr has one product: Cassava Cat Litter in a 5.5 lb bag (approximately 2.5 kg). Final ingredient labels will be confirmed before retail launch.
Can I flush the litter?
Do not flush any RootPurr formula. Bag used litter and cat waste and dispose of it in the trash according to local requirements.
What does the lab report cover?
The published report covers a tested RootPurr-brand cassava-litter sample, not TopHunter products. It reports 1% powder content and 88% measured deodorization, with formaldehyde, aflatoxin B1, and Salmonella not detected under the report's test conditions. These results do not establish airborne dust levels, health benefits, or results for every formula and batch.
How do I change litter?
Introduce the new litter gradually alongside your cat's familiar litter. Scoop daily and follow the final package directions when the product launches. Usage varies with the number of cats and litter-box habits.
Is it suitable for a cat with allergies or other health needs?
We do not claim that these formulas treat allergies or respiratory conditions. Review the final ingredient label with your veterinarian before choosing litter for a cat with specific health needs.
Are subscriptions, free shipping, or refunds available?
Retail orders and subscriptions are not currently available. Confirmed delivery costs, subscription terms, and refund policies will be published before checkout opens.
